You will be joining our team as a Telecaller for lead qualification in a full-time role based in New Delhi. Your main responsibility will be to pre-qualify incoming leads by calling potential clients and evaluating them based on predefined criteria. **Key Responsibilities:** - Call and connect with the lead. - Assess and qualify leads as per the set criteria. - Record and maintain detailed information about the conversation and qualification status. - Ensure timely follow-up on warm or interested prospects. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to understand and apply lead qualification criteria. - Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM or Excel. - Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. - Language proficiency in English/Hindi.
