SITE MANUFACTURING PAINT PROFESSIONAL

You will be responsible for ensuring the paint shop shift production output meets the schedule and the Right First Time (RFT) of the paint shop is maintained according to the target. You will be managing a team of 10 people, handling conflict management, and troubleshooting paint shop defects. Effective shift-to-shift communication is essential for maintaining a smooth production flow. Additionally, you will be preparing and ensuring readiness for customer audits in the paint shop. Your role will involve interactions with internal suppliers such as the Mold shop, customers like the Assembly shop, and experience in dealing with paint suppliers. You should have problem-solving techniques and experience in addressing paint shop issues related to manpower, methods, machines, and materials. Knowledge of working in SAP, preparing daily reports, and possessing good communication and presentation skills are necessary for this role. It is crucial to have proper knowledge of handling hazardous materials, awareness of paint shop safety equipment, and the ability to focus on productivity improvement and production planning.
