Site Manager/Site Engineer

As a Site Engineer, your role involves overseeing the on-site execution of solar PV installations (Ground-mounted). You will be responsible for managing construction activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and supporting commissioning and handover. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily site activities and ensure timely execution as per design and schedule - Coordinate with EPC, electrical, and civil teams for smooth workflow - Inspect installation of modules, inverters, structures, cabling, and other components - Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control standards - Maintain site documentation, progress reports, and checklists - Assist in system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting - Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams Qualifications Required: - Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering - 3-5 years of experience in solar Ground Mounted EPC projects preferred - Knowledge of PV systems, electrical connections, and construction practices - Strong problem-solving and communication skills - Willingness to travel and stay at project sites In addition to the job description, the company offers benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
