Key Responsibilities

• Review Validation documents and estimates
• Evaluate Soft Signoff and Project Signoff documentation
• Analyze Validation KOM and PSOD estimates
• Site Measurements, Site Validation, Kickoff meetings
• Prepare and execute detailed job sheets
• Share site progress updates with customers every alternate day
• Coordinate with vendors to track and accelerate work progress
• Ensure timely and smooth handover of completed projects
• Handling end to end project production, installation and handovers
• Knowledge of cutlist

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in validation or site execution domains
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Familiarity with vendor coordination and client reporting
