Job Description

Site Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations related to MEE and wastewater treatment systems
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure timely execution
Monitor plant performance and ensure process optimization
Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with safety norms and company policies
Prepare daily progress reports and communicate effectively with higher management
Handle workforce allocation and resolve on-site operational issues
Conduct regular safety checks and toolbox talks
Ensure immediate availability of manpower, materials, and equipment as per site requirement

Candidate Requirements:

BE/BTech with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in MEE and wastewater treatment projects
Strong knowledge of industrial safety norms and compliance
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ready to join immediately or within 15 days
