Role Overview

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Site Incharge (Engineer) to manage daily operations and ensure smooth execution of work at our construction sites in Goa. The role requires strong leadership, coordination with contractors, and effective management of workers, attendance, and site-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily worker deployment and maintain attendance records.
• Coordinate and monitor site execution with labor contractors.
• Maintain daily work logs, site execution photos, and reports.
• Support billing team with attendance and work measurement records.
• Handle on-site worker grievances and resolve site-level issues.
• Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and workflow continuity.
• Liaise with operations and project management teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience supervising construction sites.
• Strong coordination skills with labor vendors and contractors.
• Fluent in Hindi (mandatory), knowledge of Konkani/Marathi will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
