Job Title: Site Engineer (Civil) Location: Goa Company : Bandhoo Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd. Job Type : Full-time, Permanent CTC : ₹3.6 – ₹4.2 LPA (₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month) Objective: Bandhoo is seeking a dedicated Site Engineer (Civil) for its projects in Goa . The ideal candidate will be responsible for site supervision, worker management, and facilitating onboarding via our digital platform. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular site visits to supervise and document labour activities Register workers on Bandhoo’s digital platform Address worker grievances and ensure smooth payouts Manage labour allocation to multiple sites in Goa and nearby areas Collaborate with local manpower vendors Re-engage inactive workers and facilitate rejoining Maintain site-level inventory and supplies Candidate Profile: Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline At least 1 year of site experience Proficient in Hindi and Konkani (or English) Age below 25 years Ownership or access to a bike for daily travel Hands-on approach and strong communication skills Perks & Benefits: Mobile and travel expense coverage Health insurance coverage Performance bonuses Fixed day shift (on-site) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work from home Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Work Location: In person
