Roles & Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of site operations for residential/commercial real estate projects.

• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams.

• Ensure on-time project delivery within approved budget and quality parameters.

• Monitor daily progress, resolve issues, and maintain detailed project records.

• Manage and lead supervisors, and teams.

• Ensure compliance with statutory/legal requirements (RERA, PMC approvals, etc.).

• Conduct regular project review meetings and generate MIS reports.

• Handle customer walkthroughs, possession handovers, and post-handover coordination.
