Duties/Responsibilities:

1.Deal Closure and Sourcing

Lead and manage the closure of real estate deals, ensuring alignment with companygoals and objectives. Source new projects, evaluate their feasibility, and build strong relationships withclients, partners, and stakeholders. Negotiate terms with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure favorable terms andthe successful execution of deals. 2.Site Management:

Maintain accurate records of site progress, client communications, financial

transactions, and project documentation. 3.Team Coordination and Backhand Management:

Supervise the backend team, including project managers, engineers, and other

operational staff. Ensure effective communication and coordination between various departments, including procurement, design, and construction teams

Provide guidance and leadership to the site and backend teams, ensuring clear goals, timelines, and responsibilities. 4.Client Coordination and Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships andensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

.Regularly update clients on project progress, timelines, and any challenges

encountered. Address client concerns and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. 5.Budget and Cost Management:

Oversee the site budget, ensuring that projects stay within financial constraints without

compromising quality. Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings, ensuring profitabilityforthe company. 6.Reporting and Documentation:

Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of the project, challenges, andachievements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹116,666.00 per month
