As a Strategic Finance & Accounting Manager, your role will involve executing Finance & Account strategy and conceptualizing frameworks for F&A process excellence in the region/project. You will be responsible for preparing periodic forecasts and budgets to facilitate effective decision making. Your duties will include performing data management and governance, preparing consolidated financial statements, and reporting project/region unit performance. Collaboration with cross-functional team members is essential for monitoring project performance and budget adherence to ensure excellence. Additionally, you will execute accounting policies and processes for accurate recording of all financial transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deploy robust accounting policies and processes for accurate recording of all financial transactions of the project - Monitor and ensure compliance with the project budget - Conduct financial/books of accounts closure for the project - Prepare comprehensive financial models for various projects, including cash flow forecast, scenario analysis, risk assessment, and return analysis - Perform MIS/analysis of projects/business In terms of people management, you will be expected to exhibit a performance-driven culture and maintain close coordination with cross-functional teams.
