Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in various sites in Gujarat for a Site Engineer specializing in Transmission Line projects. The Site Engineer will oversee the day-to-day construction activities, ensure timely project execution, perform quality control checks, and collaborate with team members to ensure all structural and safety standards are met. The role also involves coordinating with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to complete the project within the specified timeline and budget.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in on-site project execution including ROW issue.
• 3+ yrs Exp in Transmission line sector
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Experience in Quality Control to ensure project adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Background in Structural Engineering and technical expertise in handling transmission line projects.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or extensive experience in similar roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of relevant software tools and engineering practices.
• Flexibility to adapt and manage challenges in an on-site environment.
