Site Engineer – Residential Villas

The Residential Villa Site Engineer will be responsible for managing the complete execution of individual villa projects—from structural work to finishing and interior completion. This role demands strong technical knowledge, on-site coordination, quality control, and the ability to ensure timely delivery of high-standard work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution & Supervision

• Oversee daily site activities, including layout marking, excavation, RCC, masonry, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, flooring, and interior finishing.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
• Monitor progress of project stages and ensure timely completion of tasks.

2. Quality Control

• Maintain high standards of workmanship across structure and interior finishing.
• Conduct regular quality checks for materials, structural work, and finishing.
• Ensure proper curing, concrete quality, alignment, levels, and finishing accuracy.

3. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and contractors.
• Plan daily/weekly work schedules with contractors and labour teams.
• Report progress, site issues, and material requirements to management.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, material consumption logs, and measurement sheets.
• Assist in preparing contractor bills and verifying work done.
• Update management with weekly progress reports.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles for residential construction.
• Experience in villa finishing works (flooring, false ceiling, painting, carpentry, modular interiors, etc.).
• Proficient in reading drawings (structural, architectural, and interior).
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and labour teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Construction: 5 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
