Site Engineer

As a Site In-charge / Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing site operations for projects across India in the manufacturing industry. Your responsibilities will include supervising installation, ensuring timely execution, managing site teams, and maintaining quality and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise day-to-day site operations including installation, execution, and commissioning activities. - Coordinate with project managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. - Manage site workforce, allocate tasks, and monitor performance. - Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols. - Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports, material usage, and manpower deployment. - Handle site-level issues, troubleshoot problems, and escalate critical matters when required. - Monitor inventory of materials and tools at the site and ensure proper utilization. - Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients and stakeholders. **Qualifications Required:** - Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Civil/Mechanical, or related field (preferred). - 2-5 years of relevant experience in site supervision, preferably in manufacturing/industrial projects. - Strong knowledge of site operations, installation processes, and safety guidelines. - Ability to lead and manage site teams effectively. - Good communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills. - Willingness to travel and work across different project sites Pan India.
