Job summary:

Seeking an experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in civil engineering to oversee and manage construction projects at various sites, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Lead and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality construction work and compliance with industry standards.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to facilitate seamless project execution and resolve any on-site issues.
• Resource Management: Effectively manage materials, equipment, and workforce to optimize site productivity and efficiency.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 3-7 years of experience in site engineering related to roads, highways, or industrial sectors.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in structural audit
• Familiarity with local regulatory requirements
