Job summary

The Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment at our industrial sites by implementing and monitoring safety protocols, conducting inspections, and training staff on safety practices. The role requires an individual with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Monitor daily construction activities to ensure that site operations comply with project specifications and safety standards.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality of construction work.
• Coordination with Stakeholders: Facilitate effective communication between contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project managers, highlighting potential risks and proposing solutions.
• Resource Management: Effectively manage and allocate resources to ensure materials and labor are utilized efficiently, thereby meeting project deadlines.
• Software Proficiency: MS-Office,

Key Requirements

• Strong knowledge of civil construction activities (RCC, finishing, industrial work).
• Experience in site execution, supervision & quality control.
• Punctual, responsible & able to handle site independently.
• Manage day-to-day site planning & problem-solving.
• Daily site reporting (progress, materials, manpower).
• Minimum 3-4 Years of Experience Required in Industrial Construction.

• Knowledge of latest construction technologies and methods
