Site Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Civil Engineering Fresher to join our team and support the execution and installation of wooden flooring solutions including cladding, decking, laminated flooring, solid wood, and engineered wood floors. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of construction practices and an interest in architectural finishes and interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in site measurement and layout marking for flooring, decking, and cladding work.
• Coordinate with senior engineers and installers during site execution and ensure adherence to plans.
• Support in material planning, storage, and on-site handling of flooring materials.
• Conduct basic site supervision to ensure quality installation of laminated, engineered, and solid wood flooring.
• Read and interpret basic architectural drawings and flooring layout plans.
• Report daily progress and issues to the project manager or site supervisor.
• Learn about product types (HDF, engineered planks, solid wood, etc.) and application techniques.

Key Skills:

• Basic knowledge of civil engineering practices.
• Understanding of building materials, preferably wood-based products.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the flooring and interior finishing domain.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work at project sites and travel as required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (basic), MS Excel, and site reporting.

Qualification:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Freshers can apply)

Note: The candidate must have 2 wheeler

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
