Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices.
• Take the site measurements and certify from Client
• Bill wise materials reconciliation to be done
• Maintain good relationship with Client and Subcontractors
• Maintain healthy environment with entire team
• Work to be done through ERP

• Technical Support:

• Interpret and implement technical drawings and plans.
• Provide technical advice and support to subcontractors.
• Resolve unexpected technical issues or challenges on-site.

• Coordination:

• Coordinate with Clients, consultants, and other engineering disciplines.
• Liaise with vendors and procurement team for timely material delivery.
• Communicate project status and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

• Quality Control:

• Conduct inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain quality assurance documentation and reports.
• Enforce company standards, procedures, and project specifications.

• Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain daily site reports and progress records.
• Prepare and submit project status reports and material consumption records.
• Assist in preparation of bills and BOQs.
• Billing Reconciliation to be maintained
• Store documentation to be maintained

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  Bachelors/Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (as per project requirement)

• Experience:

  25 years of experience in site execution, preferably in [residential/commercial/industrial/infrastructure] projects.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD viewer, MS Office, project planning tools (e.g., MS Project or Primavera)
• Good understanding of construction methods, safety standards, and quality control processes
