Key Responsibilities
Assist in site supervision and day-to-day project coordination
Attend site inspections and monitor work progress as per drawings
Prepare and maintain site measurements, sketches, and documentation
Support senior engineers with drafting, planning, and quality checks
Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and suppliers
Ensure adherence to safety standards and project timelines
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and civil drawings
Strong understanding of surveying basics (preferred)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and work on-site
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
