The Site Engineer will oversee construction activities, ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards, coordinate with project stakeholders, and manage day-to-day site operations. Additional responsibilities include addressing technical issues, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring quality control at every stage of construction. Effective communication and teamwork will be critical to success in this role. Qualifications Proficiency in construction management, project planning, and quality control Technical expertise in civil engineering, structural design, and site inspections Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address on-site challenges effectively Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for coordinating with clients, contractors, and on-site staff Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Experience in real estate or residential project delivery is a plus
