Project Planning & Design Interpretation
Interpret technical drawings: and specifications to understand the project scope.
Assist in site preparation, including surveying, leveling, clearing, and grading of the open plot.
Develop and manage work schedules: and daily progress programs.
On-Site Management & Supervision
Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring they align with project design, specifications, and timeline.
Manage the site workforce, including subcontractors and laborers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders .
Ensure the site remains safe and organized .
Technical & Quality Control
Verify the quality of materials: and ensure they meet project specifications.
Conduct quality assurance checks: on various work items, such as excavation, formwork, and reinforcement.
Provide technical guidance: and troubleshoot any technical difficulties that arise.
Maintain accurate records: of project data, daily activities, and reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
