Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee daily operations at our construction site. The ideal candidate will ensure work is carried out as per design, drawings, and safety standards while coordinating with contractors, workers, and project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Supervise site activities and ensure project execution as per the approved plan.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and labor teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Maintain site records, material logs, and daily progress reports.
Inspect and verify the quality of materials and workmanship.
Resolve technical issues and assist in troubleshooting site-related challenges.
Report project status and escalate issues to the Project Manager.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction site management.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and structural work.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
