Co-ordination & Billing for Composite Building Construction Project Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision: Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and quality standards. Ensure that the construction work complies with design specifications, drawings, and safety regulations. Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and laborers to ensure work is completed on time and within budget. Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in the preparation of project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and material requirements. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure seamless execution of the project. Schedule and plan construction activities, resources, and materials to meet project deadlines. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that construction work is completed according to the approved quality standards. Identify any discrepancies or issues during the construction process and provide solutions to rectify them. Ensure that all construction activities are performed safely, following safety protocols and regulations. Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams and workers on-site. Review and approve construction materials and methods to ensure compliance with engineering standards. Resolve any technical issues that arise during construction and provide expert advice when required. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of daily activities, progress reports, and any incidents or issues on-site. Prepare and submit progress reports to senior engineers, project managers, and clients. Ensure proper documentation of all work, including change orders, permits, and construction logs.
