Job Description

Accountabilities

Practical knowledge & experience of independently handling Interior Design Fit-Out projects. This mayinclude interior fit outs of F&B Retail, QSR, Restaurants, Residential, Retail, Office, Commercial projects.
Should have thorough knowledge of Civil & Interior works like Brick work/Block work, plastering, concreting, water proofing, tiling, flooring works, marble works, wall panelling, wall finishing, false ceiling works, wood works etc. Working knowledge & capabilities of managing MEP packages associated with the interior fit out works
Act as the main technical adviser on the site for contractors and clients.
Capable of reading and understanding plans, drawings and verify measurements, quantities, contractors bills and manage to complete the project as per approved design, drawings, quality & specifications and within the defined timelines.
Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of contractors.
Planning & preparing work schedules and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed timelines
Preparing daily reports & updating the progress

Leadership skills to supervise the site
Proven Experience in finishing interior designs projects preferably QSR/Restaurants.
Experience in coordination with MEP teams.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Resourcefulness and ability to manage several tasks and projects simultaneously.
Ability to work as a team.
Willing to travel PAN India for project execution
