Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in South Delhi (Dakshinpuri, Dr. Ambedkar Nagar). You will plan, design, and oversee the installation of sports flooring systems, ensuring projects meet our high standards of quality, safety, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed engineering designs and specifications for sports flooring projects.
• Conduct site assessments and surveys for accurate planning.
• Supervise construction and installation activities on-site to ensure quality control.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and the internal team.
• Perform material inspections and quality checks during installation.
• Estimate costs, prepare budgets, and manage project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes.
• Prepare progress reports and project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• [X]+ years of experience in civil engineering or construction (experience with flooring or sports infrastructure is a plus).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and finishing relevant to sports flooring.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
• Experience with flooring systems, sports facilities, or specialty construction.
• Familiarity with project management software.
