Job Description

Job Title: Site Engineer / Civil Engineer

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong fundamentals may also apply)

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Site Engineer / Civil Engineer who can efficiently handle site markings, understand technical drawings, and perform structural calculations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring on-site execution aligns with project designs and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and work from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Perform accurate marking and layout work as per the approved plans.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other site personnel to ensure smooth site operations.
Ensure all markings (center lines, column grid points, excavation levels, etc.) are done accurately.
Conduct basic calculations related to structure, levels, and measurements.
Supervise site execution to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to design.
Maintain daily site records including labor, materials, and progress.
Assist in quality checks, and report any discrepancies or deviations from design.
Ensure timely completion of tasks and work according to project schedule.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
Good knowledge of construction drawings and blueprints.
Proficiency in marking layout plans and understanding of centerline drawings.
Basic understanding of load calculations and levels.
Familiar with construction standards and building codes.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage site teams.
Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Total Station (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
