Our Company hiring urgently a well qualified civil engineer who can take the responsibilities and care our construction projects 1. TAKING CARE OF THE ENTIRE SITE. 2. MAKING SURE THE SMOOTH RUNNING OF ALL ACTIVITY. 3. TIMELY COMPLETION AND HANDOVER OF SITE. 1. LIASNING WITH CLIENTS & REPORTING ON PROGRESS TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT. 2. SUPERVISING CONSTRUCTION WORKERS & HIRING CONTRACTORS. 3.BUYING MATERIALS FOR EACH PHASE OF THE PROJECT. 4.MONITORING BUILD COSTS & PROJECT PROGRESS. 5.CONDUCTING QUALITY & SAFETY INSPECTION. 6.CHECKING SITE REPORTS,DESIGNS & DRAWINGS. 7. MOTIVATING THE WORKFORCE. 8. DAY TO DAY PROBLEM SOLVING AND DEALING WITH ANY ISSUES THAT ARRISE. 9. WORKING ON SITES IN ALL WEATHERS. 10.SURVIVING AND OVERSEEING THE DIRECTION OF THE PROJECT,ENSURING THAT THE CLIENTS,SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS ARE MET. 11.REVIEWING PROGRESS AND TO MONITOR COSTS. 12.MAKING SAFETY INSPECTIONS & ENSURING CONSTRUCTION AND SITE SAFETY. 13. ASSESING & MINIMIZING RISK. 14.PREPARING REPORTS & KEEPING ON TOP OF PAPERWORK AND REPORT TO THE HIGHR MANAGEMENT TIME TO TIME. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Construction: 6 years (Preferred) Location: Bhogpur, Jalandhar, Punjab (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
