Job Description

***Minimum 5 Year Experience***** Project Management: Ø Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from inception to completion. Ø Collaborate with project managers and architects to achieve project goals. Site Operations: Ø Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Ø Supervise and coordinate, resolving issues and providing technical guidance. Quality Control: Ø Implement and enforce quality control measures, ensuring high construction standards are maintained. Ø Conduct regular inspections of materials and workmanship, addressing defects promptly. Health and Safety: Ø Implement and enforce safety protocols on the construction site. Ø Conduct safety briefings and ensure all workers and contractors comply with safety regulations. Documentation: Ø Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports and material logs. Ø Keep detailed records of site activities, changes, and variations. Ø Provide day to day measurement of works completed to Quantity Surveyor and keep the RAB updated. Cost Management: Ø Monitor project expenditures, ensuring alignment with the budget. Ø Identify cost-saving measures without compromising quality and safety. Communication: Ø Foster effective communication between project teams and stakeholders. Ø Provide regular updates to management on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
