Qualification : Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E.Civil)

Starting Salary : Rs.25,000/- (Increment by performance basis)

Experience : 1-2yrs

Job Description : We are looking for a reliable Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day operations at our construction site. You will be responsible for ensuring the project runs smoothly, safely, and on time. Your duties will include supervising workers according to the drawings given, coordinating tasks, ensuring safety standards are met, and reporting on progress. You will be guided for your betterment as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage workers on site to ensure they are following plans and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with the project manager and other team members to keep the project on track.
• Ensure all equipment and materials are available and in good condition.
• Monitor work quality and ensure it meets project specifications.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure all workers follow safety protocols.
• Resolve any problems or delays quickly and efficiently.
• Keep detailed records of work progress and daily activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
