Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Site Engineer to oversee and execute construction activities at various project locations. The ideal candidate will manage daily site operations, coordinate with contractors and vendors, ensure quality control, and maintain project timelines and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure execution as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, labor teams, and material suppliers.
• Maintain quality standards and check construction work regularly.
• Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with project specifications.
• Prepare daily, weekly progress reports and update management.
• Handle site-level planning, measurement, and documentation.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities when necessary.
• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Support the procurement team by maintaining inventory and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred;
• Strong knowledge of site supervision, estimation, measurements, and basic project management.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus).
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in remote project locations and handle multiple sites.
• Familiarity with local construction practices, terrain, and labour management is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
