Job Description

Job Title:Site Engineer(Civil/Electrical Ground Mount & Rooftop Solar Projects)

Experience: 1 – 2 Years

Location: PAN India

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage on-site installation and commissioning of solar power systems (Ground Mount & Rooftop).
Ensure timely execution of projects as per design specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor material delivery, usage, and ensure inventory control at site.
Conduct site surveys, prepare daily progress reports, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Support in testing, inspection, and troubleshooting of electrical and civil systems at the site.
Liaise with clients and local authorities for site-related permissions and documentation.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil or Electrical Engineering.

1 to 2 years of on-site experience in solar project execution(Ground Mount and/or Rooftop).

Good knowledge of site operations, project coordination, and safety compliance.

Willingness to relocate and travel extensively across PAN India project sites.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in reading project drawings and technical documents.
