SITE ENGINEER

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage and oversee construction & interior fit-out work at our project site in Shahpura, Rajasthan. You will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality standards, managing timelines, and resolving site issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors for smooth workflow.
• Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Check material quality and ensure proper inventory management.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for the management.
• Resolve technical issues on site and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in site supervision for construction or interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control.
• Proficiency in reading architectural drawings.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,539.53 - ₹20,000.00 per month
