Site Engineer & Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day activities at the construction site
• Implement and monitor strict quality control protocols
• Coordinate effectively with engineering teams and clients
• Ensure safety regulations and maintain disciplined site conduct
• Track project milestones and ensure work is completed within deadlines and budget
• Prepare site reports, documentation, and material usage logs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma
• Prior experience in the construction industry or Infrastructure Work is preferred
• Strong foundation in civil engineering
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments
