Site Engineer & Supervisor Location: SVCT Adani Township, Mundra, Kutch, Gujarat Company: Aura Builders & Consultants Position Type: Full-Time | On-Site Role Summary Aura Builders & Consultants is seeking a dedicated Site Engineer & Supervisor to lead on-site operations, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with Engineers and clients. This role demands hands-on oversight of construction activities related to Infrastructure Deveploment work, with a focus on timely project execution, safety, and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise day-to-day activities at the construction site Implement and monitor strict quality control protocols Coordinate effectively with engineering teams and clients Ensure safety regulations and maintain disciplined site conduct Track project milestones and ensure work is completed within deadlines and budget Prepare site reports, documentation, and material usage logs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma Prior experience in the construction industry or Infrastructure Work is preferred Strong foundation in civil engineering Excellent communication and team leadership skills Detail-oriented with solid organizational and project management abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments
