Coordinate with labor, vendors, and site engineers for smooth execution. Maintain material records, labor attendance, and daily progress reports. Ensure timely delivery of targets as per the construction schedule. Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with quality standards. Update reporting manager with real-time status via phone/photos/videos.
