Job Description

As a key player in Siemens, you will contribute to providing flexible infrastructure solutions that impact the world positively. As a member of the Site Commercial function supporting Siemens Ltd. worldwide, you will ensure the highest standards are met in project execution. Your role will involve collaborating closely with business partners to support projects on-site and in various regions. You will be the key commercial partner for Domestic/Export projects within Siemens Infrastructure Project Management, contributing to financial transparency and decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the accuracy of project records, updating systems, and complying with Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines. Additionally, you will provide support to Project Managers and Commercial Project Managers during project execution. Effective communication with customer representatives and proactive management of site commercial issues will be essential aspects of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree and possess a practical understanding of Project Management. With 4-5 years of experience in Site commercial functions, preferably in project management or vendor management, you will be well-equipped for this role. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP is required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. This role is based in Mumbai, with opportunities to travel to other locations in India as required.
