Activations Manager

If you enjoy field work, solving problems quickly, managing workers/vendors, and taking responsibility for delivering a complete, ready-to-live property — this role is the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up new properties completely

  — ensure rooms, furniture, utilities, and common areas are fully functional before launch.

• Visit sites daily

  to check work progress, identify issues, and get them fixed quickly.

• Coordinate with vendors and workers

  (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, cleaners) to complete work on time.

• Track material deliveries, costs, and timelines

  to ensure everything stays within plan and budget.

• Prepare the property for handover

  — ensure cleanliness, safety, and final checks are completed before operations take charge.

Skills Required

• Work Planning & Follow-ups:

  Can create a simple plan and ensure all tasks get completed on schedule.

• Property Readiness Knowledge:

  Knows what a fully customer-ready room/building must look like.

• Vendor Management:

  Can confidently manage workers and ensure quality work.

• Basic Technical Skills:

  Understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and minor repair checks.

• Problem Solving:

  Quick, practical, and solution-oriented during on-ground challenges.

Education Requirements

• ITI Diploma

  in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil (minimum 3 years relevant experience required)

• Diploma / Engineering degree

  in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil (preferred)

• B.Tech / BE

  candidates in these fields get added preference

• Any other degree

  will also be considered if the candidate has strong experience in property activation, fit-out, or site execution roles
