Role Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer for civil construction and interior fit-out works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating with vendors and contractors, ensuring work quality, and maintaining timelines and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise day-to-day site activities for both civil and interior works. • Interpret and execute architectural, structural, and interior design drawings. • Ensure project work is executed in line with specifications, timelines, and budgets. • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and services. • Maintain project documentation including daily reports, quality checklists, and progress updates. • Manage labor teams, allocate tasks, and ensure productivity and safety on site. • Conduct regular quality inspections and resolve any technical issues that arise on site.
