Site Civil Engineer

Job description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee the day-to-day execution of residential construction projects.

Locations- Alappuzha, Bangalore, Thiruvanthapuram, Ernakulam

Languages known- Malayalam, English, Hindi

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the residential site.
• Execute work as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors to ensure timely completion of work.
• Plan daily work schedules and allocate resources accordingly.
• Monitor the progress of RCC, brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, plumbing, electrical, and other residential construction activities.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Maintain accurate site records including daily progress reports (DPR), material tracking, labor deployment, and checklists.
• Identify and report any deviations or issues to the Project Manager and assist in resolving them.
• Inspect and approve construction materials delivered to site.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential building construction (independent houses, apartments, villas, etc.).
• Two wheelers Required
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and site management tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
