Description

The Site Architect QC will be responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of construction sites, ensuring that projects are executed according to design specifications and quality standards. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of architectural projects.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage site architectural activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and identify any issues or discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive site documentation including reports, logs, and plans.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes throughout the construction process.
Collaborate with the design team to implement design changes and solutions as required.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
5-10 years of experience in site architecture and quality control in construction projects.
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and architectural standards.
Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address site challenges and quality issues.
