Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Site Admin to manage administrative operations and ensure smooth project execution. The role involves coordinating with internal departments, handling documentation, and supporting daily administrative needs at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site office operations, including staff accommodations and travel logistics.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for manpower, equipment, and correspondence.
• Liaise with HR for payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance.
• Provide administrative support to the project team and enhance internal communication.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all incoming and outgoing records.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and vendors for seamless administrative functioning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹33,500.00 - ₹40,600.00 per month
