Job Description

Responsible for handling billing, vendor payments, tax calculations, and daily financial records at the construction site. Ensures accurate accounting, timely payments/collections, and compliance with GST/TDS regulations.

Role & responsibilities

Prepare invoices and maintain AR records.
Follow up for payments and update receipts.
Verify vendor/subcontractor bills and process AP payments.
Manage petty cash, site expenses, and vendor reconciliations.
Calculate GST/TDS for all invoices and maintain tax documentation.
Prepare basic financial reports and support audits.
Coordinate with site team, suppliers, and head office .

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors in Accounting/Finance.
2 to 5 years experience in AR/AP (construction preferred).
Knowledge of GST/TDS and accounting software (D365/ERP).
Strong Excel and documentation skills.
