We are urgently hiring for - " Simulation Engineer Seats Structure - BS Seat System - LS Dyana for our Global MNC. ****Looking for - Immediate to 60 days notice period candidates **** Experience - 5+ yrs Location - Pune, Hinjewadi ( Work from Office ) JD - Simulation Engineer Seats Structure - BS Seat System Main Aim of Job Crash and Static analysis of ‘Seat Components’ and ‘Seats Structure’: Using ANSA software as pre-processor build FEA assemblies of Seat system in LS-Dyna deck profile for mechanism level and full Seats Structure level analysis. - Sub tasks include: Meshing, Weld & Bolt connections, Material update, Sets and contact update, penetration removal, loadcase setup, zero ms check run, loadcase calculation (static/dynamic strength in Dyna), checklist update, postprocess & report preparation, and deliver file to senior colleagues in Pune / Global counterpart. Duties – Crash and Static analysis of ‘Seat Components’ and ‘Seats Structure’: 1. Study the input work content, estimate the effort hours and prepare execution plan. 2. Perform meshing, material, sets, connections update as per Brose standard practices. 3. Build FE models of systems and subsystems using ANSA as per Brose modeling guidelines. 4. Check the file as per checklists, perform calculation. Post process results and prepare report. General: 5. Communicate to the team lead and counterparts about project progress in a timely manner. 6. Document the lessons learnt in projects and do knowledge sharing on regular basis. 7. Provide very clear and prior information to the team lead about extended time lines, leaves, etc Organizational complexity and duties – Customer team(Europe, NA and Asia): Technical support Production planning / plant: Support related to correlation of results and finding solutions to test failures Component development(SKE): Using the standard component tool kit consequently Advanced development(ZVE): Picking up adv. development concepts and transfer up to SOP Test / FEA(SVS): Common fixation of critical tests, analysis and measure definition Customer(internal(SKS) and external): Technical counterpart within design related tasks Quality department: support within design related issues Standardisation department: consulting for design related latest standards and norms in projects
