You lead the implementation and management of cloud-based MES solutions, ensuring proper integration with Sanofi's manufacturing processes and alignment with business objectives. Main Responsibilities: Cloud MES Implementation: Oversee and drive the deployment of MES applications from development to production in cloud environments. Design and implement data migration strategies ensuring data integrity and business continuity. Create and maintain documentation for installation and migration procedures. Coordinate with vendors and third-party teams for complex deployments and migrations. DevOps and Automation: Implement DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment of MES solutions. Develop and maintain automation scripts for application deployment and maintenance. Integration and Data Management: Ensure seamless integration between cloud-based MES and other manufacturing systems (e.g., SCADA, ERP). Implement data management strategies including data migration, backup, and recovery in cloud environments. Security and Compliance: Ensure cloud deployments adhere to Sanofi's cybersecurity standards and industry regulations (e.g., GxP, Data Privacy). Validate installations and updates according to GxP requirements. Ensure adherence to data integrity requirements in GxP environments. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Implement monitoring solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Analyze system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with manufacturing teams, IT, and other stakeholders to align solutions with business needs.
