Siebel Support L2

You are an experienced Siebel Support L2 professional with at least 5 years of experience in Siebel implementation and support. In this role based in Pune, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of Siebel environments by working closely with business analysts, developers, and L3 teams to resolve incidents, deploy fixes, and monitor Siebel configurations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating Siebel implementation processes, monitoring and maintaining current Siebel configuration setups, providing troubleshooting assistance, analyzing production bugs, deploying bug fixes and releases, and implementing workaround solutions for incidents. Your technical skills should include hands-on experience with Siebel configuration, bug analysis, release deployment, and troubleshooting. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field (preferred), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Siebel implementation and support.
