Job Description

Description

We are seeking skilled Shuttering Carpenters to join our construction team in India. The ideal candidates will have experience in constructing and installing formwork for concrete structures, ensuring quality and safety on site.

Responsibilities

Constructing and installing formwork for concrete structures such as slabs, columns, and walls.
Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
Measuring and cutting materials to size using hand and power tools.
Ensuring all formwork is secure and up to safety standards before concrete is poured.
Collaborating with other construction team members to ensure project timelines are met.
Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition and reporting any issues to supervisors.

Skills and Qualifications

2-6 years of experience in shuttering carpentry or related construction field.
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints.
Strong knowledge of different types of formwork materials and their applications.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Familiarity with safety regulations and practices on construction sites.
Good physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
