Job Description

Job Title: Showroom Sales Staff

Location: Thrikkakara, Aluva, pukkattupadi and Vennala
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in retail sales (experience in furniture/mattress industry preferred) Timing: 10am-8pm

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom with professionalism and courtesy.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable mattress products and accessories.
Explain product features, benefits, warranties, and offers clearly to customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting products effectively.
Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the showroom.
Handle billing, payment collection, and maintain accurate sales records.
Address customer queries, complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the sales team and management for stock updates and promotions.
Collect customer feedback and support in building strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

Graduate / Plus Two (Degree/diploma in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail/showroom sales.
Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English (Hindi is an advantage).
Strong customer service and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge (billing software/Excel preferred).
Positive attitude, presentable, and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
