Showroom Sales Specialist

As an Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) - Retail Outlet for our client based in Pune, your role will involve providing product, promotion, and pricing information to customers, answering queries, and updating your line manager with daily action summaries. You will be responsible for maintaining sales tracking reports and customer database, recommending prospecting customers through data analysis, conducting customer interviews, and preparing call analysis reports. Ensuring excellent after-sales service, handling customer complaints effectively, and confirming proposals in writing will be crucial aspects of your job. Additionally, you will be representing the company positively in all interactions and building strong relationships with clients, piano schools" students, music teachers, and trade members. To be successful in this role, you are required to have a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, preferably in Engineering or an equivalent field. Proficiency in data analysis, strong communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly, bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi for effective communication, excellent time management skills, ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and preference for candidates with musical knowledge are essential qualifications.
