A Showroom Sales professional for modular kitchens is responsible for generating sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, showcasing product offerings, and coordinating with designers to close deals. Key duties include handling showroom walk-ins and online leads, presenting customization options, guiding customers through the design and installation process, and driving order closures. Essential skills involve strong communication, product knowledge, a customer-centric approach, and an ability to manage customer relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Attend to showroom walk-ins and respond to online inquiries from potential customers.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand customer requirements and preferences for modular kitchens and related home customization solutions.
  • Product Presentation: Effectively present and demonstrate modular furniture and customization options to customers.
  • Design Coordination: Collaborate with designers to create and present floor-plan-based proposals.
  • Sales Closure: Address customer objections and guide them through the entire sales process, ensuring successful order closures.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain customer contact systems to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and maintain sales reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in showroom sales, particularly within interior design, luxury products, or furniture.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of modular kitchen designs, materials, and customization options.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities to close deals and address customer concerns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
