Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction & Sales

Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
Explain features, specifications, and pricing of Sony products (TVs, audio systems, cameras, mobiles, etc.).
Demonstrate product usage and benefits.
Suggest suitable products based on customer needs and budget.
Achieve monthly and daily sales targets.

Product Knowledge

Stay updated on new Sony products, offers, and technical features.
Compare Sony products with competitors to highlight advantages.

Billing & Documentation

Handle billing and payment processes (cash, card, EMI, etc.).
Maintain proper sales records, invoices, and warranty cards.

Customer Service

Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries.
Coordinate with service teams for product installation or complaints.
Follow up with customers for feedback and renewals.

Showroom Maintenance

Arrange and display products neatly.
Ensure the showroom is clean, well-lit, and product demos are working properly.

Reporting & Coordination

Report daily sales to the Store Manager or Sales Head.
Participate in sales meetings, training, and promotional events.
