Job Description

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales / Showroom Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their needs, explaining product features, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting overall showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
  • Explain product features, specifications, and pricing to customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Generate sales and achieve assigned targets.
  • Handle customer queries, provide quotations, and follow up to close sales.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and management for smooth operations.
  • Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and arrangement of showroom products.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and competitor offerings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
